Please do all the payment in 24 hour after our confirmation.
We’ll wait for your payment confirmation until 4 PM (Jakarta time), otherwise your orders will be shipped the next business day.
After you have done all processes, we will directly inform the tracking-number, while you just need to sit back and wait for your orders in front of your door.
Please note that:
No cancellation of order once the order has been processed.
No delivery on Saturday/Sunday/Public holiday.
We would not be responsible for any loss or damage that happened to the goods during shipment as we shipped it in good condition.

Repair service is valid for one time only.
Our service only covers beads defects.
It’s not valid if the defects are due to neglect or lack of care.
Send your product with a shipping service of your choice and all the shipping cost will be fully your responsibilities.
Please provide photographic evidence and detailed explanation.
To guarantee the quality, we inform you that MOTEMOTE product is repaired exclusively in our workshop.

Only products that pass through a final quality control are ready to sell.
We only accept product exchange as long as the desired product is still available.
Exchange only entitled with different item with the same or higher the price.
You can return and exchange your purchased item within 3 days after receiving your product.
Make sure the product you return is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and unused), tags attached and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.
Once your package reaches to our office, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
The return and exchange shipment costs are at your expense.
