RETURN & EXCHANGE
Only products that pass through a final quality control are ready to sell in Mote Mote’s website.
Return & exchange policy is available within 3 days (for domestic order) and 7 days (for international order) after you receive our package. Exchange and/or return is only applicable for size exchange, items with defect, damaged or fault (please provide photographic evidence). We only accept product exchange as long as the desired item is still available. All costs during the return process are at your expenses.
Make sure the product you return is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and unused), tags attached and packaging included, otherwise we are be unable to accept your return. Exchange policy are not applicable for discounted items. Once your package is received by Mote Mote, please allow 3-5 business days for us to complete the process.
